I ordered Deep Blue this company sends Powder Blue. The shipping (FedEx Ground) on this item cost more than the actual item itself. I called Tennis Express directly, spoke with customer service. The rep checked they DID have Deep Blue in stock so she offered to send the package via USPS. I appreciated the gesture but unfortunately because of their mistake and not shipping the 2nd package out by FedEx Ground again (this time it is USPS) it will not be on time for my husband's birthday surprise. I ordered this product way in advance so there really is no excuse for the lack of effort on the companies part to make good on their mistake. I would not recommend this company or their products. Maybe they should give a color test as part of the hiring process.

Grip is good, very tacky. Only issue is that what's advertised as red is actually a deep pink color.
