I have severe tendonitis in both elbows. I had surgery to repair one. The othe was ready for surgery when I was introduced to this product three years ago. I wore it 24/7 for three months and the pain went away. I have told many people about this with similar conditions and they have all had positive results. I highly recommend it.

The band helps balance the tendon load between the outside and inside of the arm which allows the damaged tendon to heal. It also restricts the arm from abrupt and extensive bending which also aides in healing. It is bulky which takes some getting uses to.

I had this golfer's elbow (I dont play golf :(...) sometime back and I tried everything from ice, rest, massage, ultrasound but the thing that gave me most relief was this band.
